The Equity Research & Analytics Team seeks to support the university through original research and data analysis that drives a culture of data-informed decision-making with equity at the heart of considerations. The Equity Research & Analytics Team also builds a culture of equity-minded data analytics through offering trainings, tools, and collegial consultation with information workers who use data, both internal and external to Institutional Research. This unit reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Research. The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is its primary client, and our research agenda is set by the goals of the Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Becky R. Petitt.
