Let us know how you prepared for your first year at UC San Diego in the CIRP First Year and New Transfer Survey!
The UC San Diego CIRP First Year and New Transfer Survey is your opportunity to tell us about your previous personal and academic experiences before your first year at UC San Diego. In partnership with the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) at UCLA, UC San Diego offers this survey to all first year and new transfer students coming to our campus. Results are used to provide insight into UC San Diego's incoming student body and their previous academic and personal behaviors, experiences, and expectations for UC San Diego. This information is used to develop and improve first year and transfer student services and support programs to enhance the undergraduate experience.
The CIRP Freshman survey will open in September 2024. Look out for an email from CIRPFreshmanSurvey@datarecognitioncorp.com for the survey link! Prizes include a wide range of Gift Cards:

Results from the CIRP Freshman Survey offer a window into the attitudes, experiences, and expectations of UC San Diego's incoming classes, providing important information on UCSD students’ adjustment to college, academic outcomes and experiences, co-curricular experiences, financial concerns, and overall readiness. All reports are in PDF format.
